Unsung heroes. Phil & Kym Schank do not consider themselves as heroes but just helping others due to the June 8th flooding in Mound Bayou and other areas. They have sacrificed their time and effort for the good of others. Checking on others to see if anything is needed, placing sand bags at doors, calling FEMA, etc. The list goes on. They’re are the founders of C2k Ministries.
For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many. (Mark 10:45) Phil & Kym are just ordinary people doing what the Lord say do, “Helping Others in a Time of Need.” They are letting their light shine before others.
Thanks Phil & Kym for all you have done and still doing for those affected by the flooding. We all should be doing what the Schanks are doing.
