No. Tom Brokaw didn’t give our ministry money. But Mr. Brokaw did hear about our ministry at a recent gathering at the GRAMMY Museum.

The Community Foundation of Northwest Mississippi, www.cfnm.org  has helped our ministry accomplish its goals for the past 2 years by granting us funds for certain items that we needed.

We were the only highlighted organization at the event of about 250 people. We were gratful to hear about Mr. Brokaw’s story and his fight with cancer. One of our superstar students, Jaihda Dancy attended with us and we were happy to have her with us!

We are thankful to Tom Pittman, President, Peggy Linton, Community Development Director, Scott Hollis, Chairman, Scott Coopwood, Vice Chairman as well as the complete Board of Directors for making this happen.
