For the past semester, Jakori Johnson a leader with Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Omicron Psi, has been volunteering weekly with our students. In the past month, Jakori did a week long activity teaching our kids about computers, how to use them correctly, and the possibilities of what they can do.

Jakori contacted me about a need for service hours and we filled that need. On a Saturday morning, these young men met me at our building at 7am, cleaned our building, top to bottom, pulled weeds around the building, and thankfully got rid of all the vines that were growing around the outside of the building.

Super grateful to Jakori and all the young men and we look forward to them being part of our volunteer team this next semester!
